ISO 9001

ISO 9001 quality certification

Since 2010 System Verification’s quality management system has been certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2008. Certification helps us to improve our routines, strategies and processes and live up to our motto “Improving Software Quality”.

Once a year quality auditors from the independent certification company, Den Norske Veritas (DNV), check that our quality management system complies with the standard and that we work according to the processes, rules and routines that have been laid down. Certification means that our customers can feel secure in the knowledge that we have the capacity and the expertise to meet our commitments.

Sponsorship and endorsement activities

Support for children and young people

We are actively involved in sponsorship activities that support organizations and associations that work with children and young people. We also support medical research.

Our consultants

Highly trained specialists

All 130 of our consultants have a university education or similar. Many are trained engineers who have specialized in programming or XXX. All have subsequently undertaken specialist training in test strategies, test planning, text executions or test design and been certified as ISTQB/ISEB software testers. Each one has then been assigned an individual competence development plan to help them hone their skills even further and advance within the company.

More than technical expertise

Our customers can have high expectations of our consultants. In addition to proven technical competence, they also demonstrate their professionalism through their proactive approach, flexibility and sound administrative ability. Thanks to our low rate of staff turnover, customers are able to build long-term relations with our consultants.

A natural approach to diversity

Cultural diversity does not in itself possess any intrinsic value for us. Instead it is a natural consequence of our recruitment of the very best candidates in the market. For that reason, we are proud to have 18 different nationalities represented in our current team of consultants.

History

Specialization - the key to success

System Verification was founded in 2002 by Hamdija Jusufagic. After a number of years working in the IT industry, he had realized that there was still a white space on the IT map. No company had devoted itself whole-heartedly to the challenge of testing and quality-assuring software. Together with a partner, he slowly but surely built up the foundations of what is today Sweden’s biggest specialist in software quality assurance. In April 2004, when System Verification had just four employees, Hamdija Jusufagic bought out his partner to become the sole owner of the company.

Continual need for recruitment

Today System Verification has more owners, who have added their own individual experience and expertise to the company. We have also expanded geographically with offices in Malmö, Gothenburg and Stockholm. Since DATUM income has risen by almost XX percent and, as interest for software testing as a tool for quality assurance remains strong, there is a great need for recruiting even more highly competent and highly committed testers.
